摘要 为确保电力安全生产,避免各类误操作事故的发生,必须实施防误闭锁及相关组织管理手段。对于目前的防误闭锁系统,当线路对侧变电站的接地刀闸处于合位时,无法闭锁本侧变电站断路器的合闸操作,无法实现变电站站间的防误闭锁功能。本文通过对典型的3/2接线型式下500kV线路,其两端设备在不同调度状态下的线路残压进行研究,提出一种利用线路残压值实现站间防误闭锁的判据,对目前自动化测控装置和五防闭锁系统升级的可行性进行分析。 In Electric power production, anti-misoperation lockout and related organization management should be used, in order to prevent the safety of power grid production.The existing anti-misoperation lockout system cannot lock the break's switching on which is in hot standby state,while the line earth-switch of another side is closing,which means itcannot prevent the false operation between substations.Through the analysis of typical 500kV line residual voltage while breaks between line in different states,which belong to 3/2 wiring,this paper provides one rule of preventing false operation between substations by using line residual voltage,and discusses the possibility of improving of the exist automation and monitor device and anti-misoDeration lockout system.
