一种三电平逆变器SVPWM快速算法研究

摘要 三电平逆变器与两电平逆变器相比有许多优点,低开关频率下,载波频率及载波频率倍数处谐波含量低。但是三电平逆变器电压空间矢量脉宽调制(SVPWM)算法结构复杂,控制器运算量较大。针对以上问题,本文提出一种改进型三电平SVPWM算法,该算法仅需简单的逻辑判断即可得到参考矢量的具体位置和合成参考矢量的最近3个矢量,大大简化了参考电压矢量的合成和作用时间的分配。最后,以三相永磁同步电机为被控对象,用Matlab/Simulink进行了验证,表明该方法的可行性和正确性。 Three-level inverter has many advantages, such as low switching frequency, low harmonics, low multiples of the carrier frequency and the carrier frequency of the harmonic content comparing with the two-level inverter. But the three-level inverter voltage space vector pulse width modulation (SVPWM) algorithm is complex and large amount of computation controller. To solve the above problem, this paper proposes an improved three-level SVPWM algorithm. The algorithm with simple logic to determine the vector can be obtained by reference the specific location of the nearest three vectors and synthetic reference vector, greatly simplifying the distribution of the reference voltage vector synthesis and function of time. Finally, a three-phase permanent magnet synchronous motor is controlled objects using Matlab/Simulink validated, indicate the feasibility and validity of the method.
