摘要
新城区配电网规划,即根据规划期间的新城辖区内的负荷增长情况来确定配电网结构,以满足供电要求。本次规划涵盖负荷预测、电力平衡、网架规划及投资成效评估等内容。本文针对重庆某县城的新城区,采用人工拟定方案,加上计算机辅助的方法,在负荷预测的基础上进行规划。实践表明,该方法具有较强的实用性。
New urban distribution network planning, namely to determine the distribution network structure based on load growth in the Metro area within the planning ？eriod to meet the power requirements. The plan covers the load forecasting, power balance, grid planning and investment evaluation of the effectiveness and so on. In this paper, a new urban county in Chongqing, the use of artificial develop programs, coupled with computer-aided method, load forecasting on the basis of planning. Practice shows that the method has a strong practical.
