摘要
一些特殊场合下断路器中使用直流或交流24V欠压脱扣器。较低工作电压的欠压脱扣器之电磁铁,欲脱扣同样的断路器(如DW50系列),电磁铁线圈线径必须增加,工作电流颇大,调试也比较困难。本文提出了一种基于升压原理为主的低电压欠压脱扣器通用的方案。结合这种方案,就升压电路、电压信号检测、单片机电路等主要问题展开了讨论。最后给出了本方案沿用DW50欠压脱扣器之电磁铁的实际效果。
In some special occasions, DC or AC 24V under-voltage releaser is used in circuit breaker. To trip the same circuit breaker (such as DW50 series), the electromagnet of the under-voltage releaser of lower working voltage must get increased of its magnet coil wire diameter because of the large working current and the debugging is also difficult. The paper proposes a general design of under-voltage releaser of low working voltage primarily based on booster principle and discusses several major problems such as booster circuit, voltage signal detection and single-chip microcomputer circuit. Finally it concluded by giving the actual effect of the new design which uses the same kind of electromagnet of DW50 under-voltage releaser.
