本文首先阐述了电力节能的趋势,介绍了铝型材挤压机在佛山的行业概况及应用介绍,在分析研究挤压机的工作原理、工艺流程和节能潜力的基础上,提出了伺服改造节能技术的应用;同时介绍了伺服节能技术的设计原理、案例及节能效果分析。
This paper first describes the power saving trend, introduces the industry overview and applications of aluminum extrusion press in Foshan, On the basis of analysis of the extruder works, process and energy-saving potential, proposed application of the transformation of servo energy-saving technologies; Also introduces the design principles, the cases and the effect of energy-saving with servo energy-saving technologies.
