研究武夷学院近3年来本科毕业生就业状况,可以探索新建地方高校本科毕业生就业的发展趋势,为其进行人才培养和就业工作改革提供对策参考。

This paper makes a study of the state of employment of graduates of Wuyi universities with an aim to explore the tendency of employment of graduates in newly-established local universities and provide suggestions for the reform of the training and employment for the future talents.
