摘要
从葛的茎中分离筛选得到一株具抗菌活性的内生真菌Phomamacrostoma.利用硅胶柱层析、凝胶Sephadex LH-20柱层析、薄层层析以及重结晶等各种分离纯化方法,首次从该植物内生真菌的发酵产物中分离到抗大肠杆菌、肺炎链球菌、番茄灰霉等具有广谱抑菌活性的一个化合物.经GC-MS及质谱分析,该化合物为邻苯二甲酸单(2-乙基己基)酯[mono-(2-ethylhexyl)phthalate].
To study the antibacterial components from endophytic fungus strain,Phomamacrostoma from Pueraria lobat,silica gel column chromatography,Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography,thin layer preparation chromatography and re-crystallization were used for the isolation and purification.A active compound was isolated from the fermentation broth of stains Phomamacrostoma and identified as mono-(2-ethylhexyl)phthalate on basis of spectral data analysis.
