基于高效体异质结的聚合物太阳电池研究

摘要 介绍了体异质结聚合物太阳电池的基本原理,并分析了限制体异质结有机太阳电池转化效率的因素。从提高激子的产生效率及其解离效率、电极对电荷的引出效率、电池的稳定性以及电池的光谱吸收范围四个方面,综述了提高体异质结聚合物太阳电池能量转化效率的方法。 In this paper,the principles of bulk heterojunction solar cells are introduced and the current factors limiting the energy conversion efficiency are analyzed.Some strategies for enhancing the energy conversion efficiency of the organic solar cells are summarized from such four aspects as improving the generation and dissociation efficiency of the exciton,improving the extraction efficiency of the charge,improving the stability of the organic solar cell and improving the spectral absorption ranges.
