利用RAMP分子标记对酸枣资源的遗传多样性分析 被引量:7

摘要 为了探讨不同区域酸枣资源的遗传多样性,完善酸枣的DNA分子指纹鉴定方法,用24对引物对31份酸枣样品进行RAMP分子标记分析,从中筛选出14条有多态性并且条带清晰的引物,共扩增了132个位点,多态性位点107个,多态性比率81.1%。遗传多样性分析结果表明,31份酸枣样品的遗传距离为0.1209~0.5172;根据扩增结果可将参试的31份样品划分为6类。 In order to research genetic diversity in Ziziphus acidojujuba resources at different regions and improve the technology of DNA molecular ifngerprint identiifcation in Z. acidojujuba, 31 samples in Z. acidojujuba were analyzed by using a total of 24 primers and RAMP molecular markers techniques. 14 primers with polymorphic and clear bands were screened out. 132 loci were ampliifed, among which 107 loci were polymorphic, and the polymorphic percentage was 81.1%. The results of genetic diversity analysis show that average genetic distances of 31 samples are from 0.120 9 to 0.517 2. Based on ampliifcation results, 31 samples can be clustered into 6 groups.
