摘要
中国红豆杉为我国特有种,具有药用、食用、材用、观赏价值及净化空气等生态功能。为了掌握中国红豆杉栽培用壮苗的培育技术,以指导苗木生产,以1年生中国红豆杉扦插苗为研究对象,在移植培养中,就基质、肥料、水等因素对壮苗培育的影响情况进行了试验,并根据试验结果与试验中采取的具体措施,总结得出了培育基质、苗木移栽、栽后管理、起苗与分级、建立育苗技术档案等环节的3年生壮苗培育技术要点。
Taxus chinensis is one of the Chinese endemic species and has many utilization values, such as medicinal value, edible value, ornamental value, and so on. In order to master cultivation techniques of strong seedlings in T. chinensis, and to guide seedling production, taking one-year-old T. chinensis cuttings seedling as materials, the effects of cultivation medium, fertilizer and water on transplanted seedlings growth were researched. Some main cultivation technical points of three-year-old strong seedlings was summarized, including cultivating medium, seedling transplanting, management, lifting seedling and classiifcation, establishing records, based on experiment results and the used measures.
