摘要
针对黑白光照度对日常荧光渗透检验的可靠性有着重要的影响,以及不符合要求的黑白光照度严重干扰检验人员对缺陷的判定等问题,开展了黑白光照度测量有效性的研究。从黑光测量的距离、角度开展试验,对相关标准中黑白光照度的不同要求进行对比分析,引入精益理念对数据进行分析,最终确定了影响黑白光照度测量的相关因素并制作了专用的测量工装,保证了零件渗透检测的质量。
This article discusses the validity of ultraviolet or visible light intensity measurements according to illumination impacts the reliability of fluorescent penetrant testing vitally and the substandard illumination interferes inspector's judgment.We carry out the experimental study from the measured distance and angle.Analyze the different requirements about ultraviolet or visible light illumination of the relevant standards.Eventually confirm the factors affecting ultraviolet or visible light illumination measurements after analyzed the data by lean concept,and producing a special measuring tooling to ensure the quality of penetration testing aiming at components.
