压水堆核电厂核级板材超声检测标准浅析

摘要 对RCCM、ASME、GB/T 2970标准关于压水堆核级板材超声检测的一些重要规定进行了对比和研究。基于国内不同堆型核电厂按不同工业标准体系设计的现状,通过对板材超声检测重要变素的比较分析,同时考虑了板材采购、制造中的经验反馈,明确了核级板材超声检测应重视声衰减;板材验收应按不同区域差异化对待;对不同区域应采用不同的质量等级和验收标准。为核电工程设计和采购核级板材,合理地使用标准规范提供了一定参考。 Important provisions of ultrasonic test provided by RCCM code,ASME BPVC code and GB/T 2970code have been introduced and compared.The discussion was based on different industry code complying with the different nuclear power plant model design regulation.Essential variables of ultrasonic examination were discussed through comparison and andysis,and at the same time,the engineering feedback was also considered.The main suggestions are made.It is necessary to consider attenuation area.The criteria are also dependant on the different areas.It may provide reference for using properly standards in the process of nuclear plate design and procurement.
