摘要
高校体育教师具有良好健康(包括其体能)状态是高校体育课程及其相关工作顺利开展的基石,而研究职业特性对其健康的制约因素及特征对其健康(包括其体能)的保持和提高有重要意义。结果表明:社会对其健康状况产生误判,并致其工作辛苦得不到社会认同;职业需求与环境致其健康程度下降;"不良"的生活行为会对其健康产生不良影响等。而目前,解决高校体育教师健康(包括其体能)面临主要问题的对策,应积极建立科学健康评价体系;改善其工作环境及给予更多的社会关注和认同;改变自身"不良"生活行为等。
Physical education teachers in colleges and universities has a good state of health ( including its physical ) is the foundation of university physical education curriculum and its related work smoothly , and studies on their professional characteristics and restricting factors to its health is important to maintain and improve .The results show that the social miscalculation on their health , and their hard work can not get social identity , professional demand and the environment to a decline in its well -being;bad life would be adverse impact on the health behavior , etc.Now, solve the health of college physical education teachers ( including its physical ) facing the main problems of countermeasures , should actively establish scientific health evaluation system;to improve the working environment and give more social attention and recognition;change “bad” life behavior , etc.
