湘潭地区高中男子篮球队的现状与对策研究

Countermeasures Research on Status Quo of the High School Basketball Team in Xiangtan

本文通过文献资料法、访谈法、问卷调查法和数理统计法等方法,对湘潭地区高中男子篮球队的现状进行了调查,并在分析研究基础上提出建议:学校应该做好"体教结合"提升队员的文化成绩;在湘潭地区高中篮球队从业教练员工作时间外,为他们提供继续学习和深造的机会,鼓励和支持湘潭地区高中篮球队从业教练员到高校或文化培训机构进一步学习,丰富教练员的文化修养,提高他们的整体综合素质,增强他们的业务水平,最终提升湘潭地区高中篮球队的整体质量;完善学校的训练场地、器材,提供一个安全、高效的环境。

Through using the method of literature review , interview, questionnaire and mathematical statistics , this paper makes analysis on status quo of the high school basketball team in Xiangtan , and puts forward the suggestions on the basis of analysis and research： schools should increase cultural achievements of athletes with combination of education and sports .In Xiangtan area , outside working hours , high school basketball team coaches should have opportunity to continue to study , and encourage and support them further study and enrich their culture life, improve their overall quality , improve their business level , eventually improve the overall quality of the Xiangtan area high school basketball team;Improve school training venues , equipment, provide a safe and efficient environment .
