阐述"慕课"的内涵价值与优势特征,分析新时期边防部队职业教育的需求,提出边防部队职业教育应积极引入"慕课"教学理念,加强顶层设计,科学规划职业教育,加强制度建设,正确把握发展方向。

MOOC （ Massive Open Online Course） is a new type of modem distance education. On the basis ot elaborating the embedded values and advantages of MOOC, along with consideration of its educational thoughts and concepts, this article suggests that the positive application of MOOC are achieved by bettering the top - level design of vocational education of the Border Control Force, properly handling the supply - demand relationship between the individual and troop＇ s development, enhancing the autonomous learning ability of the servicemen, as well as strengthening the opening and sharing of military vocational education resources
