马铃薯全粉作为一种重要原料在食品加工业中有着广泛的应用。马铃薯全粉在中国马铃薯加工产业链中有着特殊重要的地位。本文概述了中国马铃薯全粉工业10年发展历程、现状、存在的问题和解决的对策。
