The Research on a New Solution of the CDMA User Terminal PRL Update

本文对CDMA制式终端的优选漫游列表(PRL)更新的现状和问题进行分析,提出了保证PRL云更新、离网更新两种优化方案,实现了提高PR L更新有效性、灵活性和方便性,保证了选网漫游成功率,有效提升了国际漫游用户体验文中提出的"基于CA的云服务在线更新"、"PRL手动离网更新"等观点,具有较强的创新性和实践意义。

This thesis analyzes the current status and relevant problems of PRL （Preferred Roaming List） update on the user terminal which uses the CDMA technology. And the thesis also provides two optimizing solutions which guarantee the PRL to update with cloud services or in offline status. The solutions could improve the efficiency, flexibility and convenience of the PRL update, guarantee the roaming network selection success rate, and enhance the user experience in international roaming. The viewpoints of ＂Online update based on the CA cloud service＂ and ＂PRL offline manually update＂, have a strong innovativeness and practicalness.
