The Restriction and Breakthrough Path of Cultivating College Tourism Talents Based on Teaching

教学质量是目前我国高校培养旅游专业人才的重要保障。低质量教学对高校旅游管理专业人才培养产生直接影响,也间接影响到社会对旅游专业人才的需求,以《旅游市场营销》教学改革创新为个案,探讨如何解决教学问题,提出突破低质量教学环节瓶颈以及培养创新型人才的路径对策。

The main restriction on our cultivating of college tourist talents nowadays is the quality of teaching. Low--quality teaching has direct effects on the cultivating of college tourist talents and indirect effects on the demand of tourist talents from society. Then, probed the ways of solving low--quality teaching rests on the case of reformation and innovation on the teaching of Tourism Marketing. Finally, put forward the methods of break the restrictions on low--quality teaching and the strategies of cultivating new--type talents.
