摘要
就业能力不足是影响当前大学生就业的关键问题。管理类课程尤其是《战略管理》课程内容本身的特点决定了其能够对学生提升就业能力有所贡献。以传授知识为目的的传统课堂教学难以让学生完成由"知道"到"做到"的转变,笔者在教学过程中总结了就业能力训练的五步法,即树立理念、明确目标、教授方法、训练能力和采取行动,尝试探索一种新的教学模式。
Lack of employability is the key problem of the employment of college students. Management courses especially the strategy management are helpful to enhance students" employability. In the traditional classroom it's hard to help students develop from theory to practice. The authors summarize the five step method in employability training in the teaching process,namely, set up the idea, clear objectives, teaching method, training abilities and take actions, try to explore a new teaching mode.
