摘要
构建处分后续教育管理机制不仅是解决学生现实困境的客观需要,更是实现程序正义、表达制度人性元素、践行科学发展观的客观要求。建立以心理危机干预、后续帮扶跟踪、服务补过为主要内容的处分后续教育管理机制,加强正面引导,激励学生健康成才,有效实现处分育人价值。并通过反思当前处分后续管理现状,提出了设立处分察看期和服务代替处分机制的具体构想,希望能够对违纪处分程序制度的理论研究有所裨益。
To construct follow--up educational mechanism of disciplinary action is not only an objective need to solve students' practical problems, but also the objective requirements of actualizing procedural justice, expressing humanistic care of the system and practicing the scientific development view. Establishing follow--up educationa and management mechanism which includes the psychological crisis intervention, follow--up tracking assistance, and service made up for wrongdoing is designed to strengthen the positive guidance, promote students" healthy growth, and realize educational value. By reflecting the current follow --up management situation,a concrete conception about probation of punishment and service instead of punishment,is put for- ward to benefit theoretical study of disciplinary procedure system.
