中国是一个农业国家,有相当可观的玉米产量,但是长期以来玉米工业在中国发展得并不理想。这篇文章主要介绍了玉米工业在国内外的发展现状及方向和一些深加工技术。

China is an agricultural country .It has considerable output of maize ,but for a long time the maize industry in Chinahas not been developed ideally .So according to the simple structure of the Chinese maize industry ,the general processing andutilization were rather limited. This paper introduced the orientation and development of maize industry home and abroad andseveral methods of comprehensive processing were reviewed.
