摘要
工业化进程越来越具有WEB特征,因此可以称之为WEB化进程。智能工厂本身就是工业WEB化的阶段性表述。智能工厂区别于传统的生产线自动化技术,面向制造业的全过程提出了新的集成维度和数据使用范围。这种新的发展趋势也对传统传感器技术应用提出了新要求。本文引入传感框架的概念,将智能工厂中所有的传感器应用和数据处理技术集成在一个可以编程的框架中,从而使在智能工厂中传感器的集成从器件层面和PLC关联层面向更加抽象的自组织实时集成化方向过渡,帮助智能工厂设计者可以完全不考虑传感器件的离散性能,借助一致性的工作框架来完成从概念设计到最终的现场部署。
Generally thinking, the process of industrializing becomes more and more WEB character likes. So we can call this ongoing changes is WEB oriented. The concept of smart factory itself is an initial expression of this domain modification.Compare with traditional production line automation, the core idea of smart factory is to introduce new logical scope and big data application. This new changes also make new requirements to redesign sensor modular. In this paper, the author adopt a new modeling method of sensor framework SF, which means we put all the sensor applications and data treatment process into a unified programmable framework. The benefits of this modeling are to transform the sensor system integration from isolated modular base and PLC linking structure to more abstract self- organizing real time set. This may help the designers of smart factory to use unified working frame form conceptual level to final on site deployment in the meantime ignore the separate performance of sensor modulars.
