摘要 氧气浓度是工业生产过程中的重要监测参数,本文采用可调谐二极管激光吸收光谱法,结合波长调制技术,为工业生产过程中的氧气检测提供一种非接触的光学检测分析仪。具有抗干扰性强、精度高、实时快速、性能稳定等优点,适用于燃烧过程及存在干扰气体的复杂环境中监测氧气浓度。 The oxygen concentration is important industrial process parameter. In this paper, we provide a noncontact optical oxygen analyzer for industrial process using Tunable Diode Laser Absorption Spectroscopy (TDLAS) technique and wavelength modulation technique. This oxygen analyzer has some advantages like anti-interference, high precision, fast and stable performance. It can work in the combustion process and the presence of interfering gases complex environment for monitoring the oxygen concentration.
