摘要
针对内嵌式永磁同步电机无速度传感器控制下的重载起动问题,提出了基于相位滞后补偿的高频旋转电压信号注入法,设计了精确观测模型,并对数字滤波器产生的相位滞后进行了准确补偿。该方法将永磁同步电机的无速度传感器控制的应用范围扩展到了零速和低速范围。仿真结果表明,提出的新观测器可以准确观测转子位置,起动瞬间就可以获得大的电磁转矩,实现了永磁同步电机无传感器控制下的重载起动。
The sensorless control for heavy load starting of interior permanent magnet synchronous motor( IPMSM) was investigated. Based on phase lag compensation,a novel high frequency rotation voltage signal injection method was proposed. The accurate observer model and the phase lag angle compensate model were built which extend the application range of sensorless control for PMSM to low speed range,even to zero speed. The simulation results validate the new observer in the sensorless control for heavy load starting of IPMSM is feasible. The new observer can estimate the rotor position precisely,and a large starting torque is produced at the starting instant,and the sensorless control for heavy load starting of PMSM is achieved.
