天际岭森林公园植物景观游客满意度研究

Research on Visitor Satisfaction for Tianjiling Plant Landscape

通过问卷调查的方式对天际岭森林公园植物景观的游客满意度进行了调查,为提升天际岭森林公园的植物景观的质量提供方向。结果表明:游客来源在地区、年龄、受教育程度、职业、收入等方面呈现多样性;游客对植物景观的满意度与游客的性别、来源省份、受教育程度及月收入水平相关;游客对天际岭森林公园植物景观的评价主要为"一般"和"满意"。根据游客的满意度提出的建议是:多采用乡土植物;专类园设计时加强空间布局;加强植物知识的教育和科普。

This paper studies visitors＇ satisfaction of plant landscape in Tianjiling Forest Garden by means of questionnaire survey and aims to offer effective guidance about how to improve the quality of its plant landscape there. The result indicates that the source of visitors shows its diversity in age, education, occupation as well as income, etc. In addition, visitors＇ satisfaction of plant landscape is closely related to their gender, education, income and family income. Besides, visitors＇ evaluation of the plant landscape in Tianjiling Forest Garden is mainly ＂General＂ and ＂Satisfactory＂. According to the survey, it suggestions to adopt the indigenous plant, put emphasis on spatial layout during the design of specialized garden, and strengthen the education of plant knowledge.
