摘要
随着社会经济的发展与男女平等意识观念的逐渐形成,女性在劳动市场上的占有率越来越高,并逐渐拉近与男性劳动力的差距,社会对于女性人力资源投资也越来越重视。但是,在当前社会环境下,女性人力资本投资收益问题仍然不够乐观,应该加强对女性人力资本投资的认识和重视度,促进女性资本投资收益率的提高。
With the gradual formation of the economic and social development and the equality consciousness, women in the labor market share goes up, which gradually narrows the gap with men in the workforce. The society for women's investment in human resources is more and more booming. However, in the current social environment, the return of human capital investment on women's issues is still not optimistic. This paper discusses the issue of women in the return of human capital investment.
