创新型外语人才教学培养模式研究——以长株潭地区为例

A Study of Innovative Foreign Language Talent Cultivation Mode——Take Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan area as an example

为适应长株潭区域经济发展对创新型外语人才的需求,在对本地区外语人才培养现状进行分析的基础上,从设置适应外语专业和非外语专业学生的外语学习课程、构建立体系统的创新型外语教学培养模式、拓宽"双师型"外语专业师资的引入渠道以及规范教学管理模式四个方面对如何构建创新型外语人才培养教学模式进行了探讨。研究结果对于提升创新型外语人才的数量及质量,更好地服务于长株潭区域经济发展将起到重要作用。

In order to meet the needs of cultivating foreign language talents for the regional economic development in Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan area, on the basis of analyzing the present situation and problems of foreign language talents cultivation in Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan area, it tries to make a further probe into the methods of building an innovative foreign language talents training teaching mode by setting up foreign language learning courses for foreign language majors and other majors, constructing the overall innovative training mode in foreign language teaching, broadening the introduction channels of double qualifi ed foreign language teachers and standardizing the management of the teaching mode. The results will play an important role in improving the quantity and quality of innovative foreign language talents and better serving the regional economic development.
