Phenological Description in Entomological Literature of the Pre-Qin Period

物候是先秦昆虫文学描写中的重要组成部分,其前提与当时的社会经济状况、生产、生活方式有重要的联系。目的是关注先秦时期以昆虫活动为代表的物候描写,以及昆虫的文学形象对农耕社会意识形态的重要影响。《诗经》中有大量的物候描写,而其中的昆虫尤具代表性,这不是偶然的昙花一现,而是有着更深意义上的生存思考,也是微观世界中昆虫文学与文学社会性需要之间的必然选择。

Phenology was an important part of entomological literature description in the pre-Qin period, which was signifi cantly related with the social economy, production and life style at that time. This paper focuses on the phenological description represented by insect activities in the pre-Qin period, and the important infl uence of the literary images of insects on agricultural social ideology. There are a lot of phenological descriptions in the Book of Songs, and the insects thereof are especially representative, which is not an accidental fl ash in the pan, but thought of survival with more profound signifi cance, and also inevitable choice between entomological literature and social needs of literature.
