大学组织自我发展研究的缘起与意义

摘要 西方发达国家大学组织走自我发展之路,并积累了丰富的经验。随着中国特色现代大学制度的建立和完善,我国大学组织最终要走自我发展道路。因而,大学组织自我发展问题便凸显成为我国高等教育界亟待深入研究的问题。在多学科背景下研究大学组织自我发展问题,对于推动大学组织理论研究和院校自我发展的研究深入,对指导我国大学在治理模式下自我发展,提升组织治理能力等方面具有重要意义。 The western developed countries' university organizations go the way of self development, and have accumulated rich experience. Due to historic defects of system environment and cultural environment, the Chinese universities haven't been able to really on the path of self development. With the establishment and perfection of the modern university system with Chinese characteristics, the university organizations will fi nally step on the self development road in our country. Therefore, the self development problems highlighted a problem that needs to be further researched urgently in the higher education in our country. Under the background of the multidisciplinary organization self development problem, to research the university's promoting the deepening of the university organization theory, to guide our country university self-development in governance mode, enhancing the ability of governance is of great significance.
