铸钢基体双金属梯度连接制备大型锻模的新方法研究进展 被引量:7

摘要 为解决大型模锻液压机(8万t压机)锻模采用传统制造方法时,遇到的模块自由锻难度大、锻透性差、热处理硬度低、制造成本高等问题,提出了铸钢基体双金属梯度连接制备大型锻模的新方法。该方法可节省传统锻模制造方法中自由锻工序、粗加工工序、锻后热处理工序及模具钢材料成本,虽然增加了双金属梯度层连接材料及相应工序,但仍然可以大幅降低锻模制造成本,成本可节约20%~40%,制造周期可缩短30%~40%,模具寿命可提高40%~50%。铸钢基体双金属梯度连接制备大型锻模方法,从根本上解决了大型锻模的制造和成本难题,是大型锻模制造革命性的新方法,具有广泛的应用前景和重大的经济效益。 To solve the problems of large- scale hydraulic press( 80 000 t) forging die in traditional manufacturing such as difficulty in free forging,poor forging permeability,heat treatment hardness and high cost. Gradient manufacturing for large forging die was firstly proposed,which took special cast steel as the forging die matrix and a dual metal gradient layer was welded on the working area of the die cavity. Compared with the traditional forging die manufacturing method,this new method could save the procedures including free forging,rough machining and heat treatment,and reduce the cost of die steel materials,while increasing the double metal gradient layer material and the corresponding process,but it could still significantly reduce the cost of forging die manufacturing by 20% ~ 40%,shorten the manufacturing cycle by 30% ~40%,and improve the die life by 40% ~ 50%. The method of cast- steel forging die with bimetallic gradient layer fundamentally solved the difficulty in manufacturing and reduced the cost of large- scale forging die,it was thus a revolutionary method in large forging die manufacturing,which has broad application prospects and significant economic benefits.
