消防灭火救援处置数据系统探析

当前,油田灭火救援处置数据管理缺乏有序的数据信息管理、有效的数据信息整合和及时的数据信息共享。根据灭火救援处置过程中所涉及的相关数据信息状况,应将数据系统分为危化品应急处置管理与消防重点单位应急管理两个子系统进行搭建。在完成数据系统平台设计构架的基础上,相关基础数据的规范、准确采集录入,是实现数据系统运行的保证,应重点完成两个子系统信息采集。基于windows2003server系统,在iis6.0下搭建,利用asp技术,在access中建立的小型数据库,通过局域网物理平台实现各计算机网络互联,可实现网络数据的自由查询。

The oilfield fire--fighting and rescue handling data management is short of data information＇s orderly man- agement, its valid integration and its timely sharing. In light of relevant data information involved, it is essential to set up two data subsystems for emergency response to dangerous chemical and focal units respectively. On the basis of the finished design frame for data system platform, normal and exact collection of relevant basic data is the guar- antee for realizing data system operation. Therefore, attention two subsysterrks. should be paid to completing information collection of two subsystems.
