廉洁文化是企业廉政建设与文化建设相结合的产物,是人们关于廉洁的价值、观念、知识、规范及其行为方式的总称和具体体现。以井下作业处廉洁文化建设为实例,剖析廉洁文化建设方面存在的问题,提出了改进措施,对于今后推进企业党风廉政建设、净化企业发展环境具有重要意义。

As a combination of construction of a clean government and culture, honest culture embodies people＂ s view on honest value, idea, knowledge and standard as well as its manners. Taking Downhole Service Company as an ex-ample, this paper analyzes the problems in construction of honest culture and introduces the solutions to them, which is of significance in promoting construction of the Party conduct and a clean government in the enterprise and clarifying development environment for enterprise development.
