将油田政治优势转化为核心竞争力,必须强化思想政治工作的政治核心作用、决策把关作用、理念引领作用、典型示范作用和制度约束作用五大作用;必须把党的理想信念转化为企业的凝聚力,把党的组织建设转化为企业的领导力,把党的组织纪律转化为企业的执行力,把党的奉献精神转化为企业的驱动力,把党的群众路线转化为企业的创造力;还必须扎实开展"和谐企业创建"活动,抓作风以保障企业内部和谐,树形象以促进企业外部和谐。

To translate political advantage of oilfield enterprises into core competence, we must strengthen five functions in political work including political core function, decision--making evaluation function, idea guidance function, model demonstration function and institutional constraint function. We must translate the Party＇s ideal and faith into enterprises＇ cohesion, its organizational construction into their leadership chal- lenge, its organizational discipline into their executive ability, its dedication spirit into their driving force, and its mass line into their creative power. We also must steadily launch the activity of ＂harmonious enter- prise construction＂, in which we must focus on working style to ensure a harmony inside enterprises and set up models to promote a harmony outside them.
