Hazard identification and risk assessment are of significance in modern enterprise administration. On the ba- sis of practical operation of HSE management system in Oil Production Technology Research Institute, the author analyzes the problems enterprises are facing when they launch hazard identification and risk assessment and puts for- ward the solutions to the problems.
