随着生物质、垃圾、光伏、风电等新能源发电厂的大量并入电网,襄阳供电公司秉承国网公司四个服务之"服务发电企业"的宗旨,切实维护新能源并网发电厂及电网各方合法权益,根据相关法律、法规、政策,制定了一系列工作流程、细则及管理规范,从新能源电厂机组接入审查、并网调试、并网试运行到并网商业化运行,严格执行流程规范,确保新能源发电厂并入电网安全运行,同时从强化与新能源并网电厂的沟通联系、加强设备巡视维护与计划检修力度、跟踪新能源电厂的燃料管理、做好发电负荷计划调配等多方面管理,确保完全消纳新能源并网发电厂的发电量,确保新能源并网发电厂、电网安全稳定运行,实现了电网和新能源并网电厂的双赢。
