摘要
电力培训是为电力企业提供适应行业发展人才的重要途径,建立和完善培训学科建设的管理体系,是电力培训单位当前面临的一个重要任务。本文探讨了面向培训机构学科建设的具体对策,主张以生产实际为向导,针对如何提高电力企业培训实效性和操作性、如何对培训课程和教材进行与时俱进的更新以及如何构建培训机构专业优势的建设三个方面内容进行了详细的论述,并给出具体方案和建议,期望对培训机构学科建设方案的制定具有良好的参考价值。
Electric power training is an important way to provide talents suitable for the industrial development for electric power enterprises. To establish and perfect the management system of training discipline construction is an important task for electric power training units at present. This paper discusses the specific countermeasures against discipline construction in training institutions and advocates to discuss how to improve the training effectiveness and operability in electric power enterprises, how to realize the up-to-date renewal of training courses and materials and how to build the professional advantages for training institutions in detail from the orientation of production reality. This paper also gives concrete plans and advices and expects to offer favorable reference values for preparing discipline construction plans in training institutions.
