蒙古族牧民血清瘦素水平与肥胖度的关系

Relationship between the serum leptin levels and obesity degree in Mongolia nationality

摘要 目的:探讨牧区蒙古族牧民血清瘦素水平与年龄、性别及肥胖的关系。方法用放射免疫分析法测定150例蒙古族正常非肥胖和50例超重或肥胖个体[体质量指数(BMI)≥25]的血清瘦素水平。结果蒙古族牧民正常非肥胖者平均瘦素浓度男性为(2.25±1.13)μg/L,女性为(6.76±3.60)μg/L;超重或肥胖者平均瘦素浓度男性为(4.92±2.12)μg/L,女性为(16.20±5.42)μg/L,女性较男性高2~3倍。血清瘦素水平与 BMI 显著相关(男子 r =0.70,P 〈0.01;女子 r =0.62,P <0.01)。结论蒙古族牧民超重和肥胖个体瘦素浓度升高,BMI、脂肪含量、性别和年龄是影响血清瘦素浓度的主要因素。 Objective To explore the serum leptin level of Mongolia nationality herdsman with age,sex and obesity.Method The leptin level of 1 50 cases of Mongolia normal people and 50 cases overweight or obese individu-als [body mass index (BMI)≥25]were measured by radioimmunoassay.Results The serum leptin concentration of Mongolia nomads normal male and female were (2.25 ±1 .1 3)μg/L,(6.76 ±3.60)μg/L,respectively,The serum leptin concentration of overweight or obese male and female were (4.92 ±2.1 2)μg/L,(1 6.20 ±5.42)μg/L respec-tively.The serum leptin in female was 2 -3 times higher than that in male.The serum leptin level was positively cor-related with BMI (male r =0.70,P 〈0.01 ;female r =0.62,P 〈0.01 ).Conclusion The majority of obese individ-uals have leptin resistance.
