参芎注射液对家兔离体心肌缺血再灌注心功能的影响

The effects of Salvia Miltiorrhiza Ligustrazine injection on the isolated heart function of rabbit with myocardial ischemia reperfusion injury

目的观察参芎注射液对家兔离体心肌缺血再灌注心功能的影响,并探讨其可能的保护机制。方法 30只家兔随机分为3组,假手术组、模型组、参芎组,每组10只。在Langendorff离体心脏灌流模型基础上构建心肌缺血再灌注损伤模型,观察各组用药前后心肌细胞单向动作电位(MAP)和血流动力学指标的变化。结果与假手术组比较,缺血再灌注后模型组MAP电位值下降,全心功能受到抑制,LVSP、±dp/dtmax绝对值降低,LVEDP、t-dp/dtmax值上升。与模型组比较,参芎组MAP电位值较高,全心功能较好,LVSP、±dp/dtmax绝对值较高,LVEDP、t-dp/dtmax值较低。结论参芎注射液能够明显改善心肌缺血再灌注所导致的心功能损害。

Objective To observe the effects of Salvia miltiorrhiza Ligustrazine injection on the isolated heart function of rabbit with myocardial ischemia reperfusion injury.Methods Thirty rabbits were divided into three groups randomly：sham operation group,model group,treatment group.Each group had 1 0 rabbits.To build the model of myo-cardial ischemia reperfusion injury in Langendorff,to observe each group myocardial cells monophasic action potential （MAP）and hemodynamic parameters before and after treatment.Results Compared with the sham group,MAP po-tential value in model group was decreased and heart function was suppressed,LVSP,±dp /dt max absolute value was decrease,LVEDP,t-dp /dt max values was increased after ischemia reperfusion.The MAP of the treat group had higher potential values,heart function better than the model group,LVSP,±dp /dt max higher absolute value,LVEDP,lower t-dp /dt max value.Conclusion The salvia miltiorrhiza Ligustrazine injection can improve heart function in rabbits with myocardial ischemia reperfusion injury.
