应用二维斑点追踪技术评价左室心肌扭转 被引量:1

摘要 二维斑点追踪技术(STI)是指在二维图像的基础上,追踪心肌回声斑点的运动轨迹,自动计算出斑点的参数。左心室心肌扭转指心尖部相对于基底部沿左心室长轴的旋转运动,其可为定量评价左室收缩功能提供更多的信息[1]。本研究应用 STI 评价左心室心肌扭转和旋转角度在健康人群中的特征,并分析其在评价左室收缩功能中的价值。
