摘要 针对电网实施节能调度时普遍遇到的煤质参数在线分析、机组厂用电精确计量、供电煤耗率在线正反平衡计算准确率对比、电网节能调度效果评估、负荷调节能力等问题进行深入分析,提出了相应解决方案,并在南方电网公司总调建立了基于节能调度的发电侧能效管理系统软件平台。该系统的应用使企业能够对全网发电机组综合能耗情况进行全面掌控和评估,可以指导电厂有针对性地开展节能降耗工作。 There are some common problems in power grid energy-saving dispatching, such as online analysis of coal quality parameter, accurate measurement of auxiliary power, contrast of positive and reverse balance calculation of coal consumption rate, effects of energy saving scheduling assessment, load adjustment ability etc. To solve these problems, this paper gives a deep analysis and presents corresponding solution, and establishes a power generation efficiency management system in China Southern Power Dispatching Center. The application of this system gives a support to learn and evaluate generator energy consumption in whole network for enterprises, and provides a guidance for launching energy-saving projects.
