摘要 随着自动化设备的快速发展,电厂的煤采样装置自动化程度越来越高,但在较早建成的电厂中存在煤采样装置设备分散独立、易发生故障且现场维护环境较差等问题。针对电厂中较老的煤采样装置存在的不足,建立以CC-Link总线为控制模式的煤采样集中控制系统。该系统能够对煤采样装置的运行进行集中控制,同时增加了对整套系统的监控功能,实现对煤采样装置的集中运行监控和维护,减少日常维护难度和成本。该系统在实际运营过程中表现出较好的稳定性和可靠性。 With the rapid development of automation equipment, automation degree of coal sampling device in power plant is higher and higher. But in the early built power plants, the coal sampling device has some problems like dispersed distribution, easy failure and poor maintenance environment. To solve these problems, the centralized control system of coal sampling device based on CC-Link bus is designed and built. The system can achieve centralized control management of the coal sampling device and has the monitoring function of the whole system. Thus, the difficulty and the cost of daily maintenance are reduced. This system shows good stability and reliability in the actual operation.
