摘要
为考察模型在生物上的可靠性,从真实的蛋白质相互作用研究所报道的数据出发,选取合适的复制-变异的关键参数,依据复制-变异的建模思想,构建了酵母蛋白质相互作用网络模型。实证结果与目前得到认同的酵母蛋白质网络的稀疏性、无标度性和小世界性吻合。由此可知,复制-变异模型在蛋白质相互作用网络的演化模拟中是个可靠的模型。
To verify the reliability of the model in biology, we build a model of yeast protein inter- action network according to the duplication-divergence model based on reported experimental da- ta. The simulation results are greatly consistent with the real protein interaction networks espe- cially on the acknowledged characteristic of sparsity, scale-free and small world. The duplication- divergence model shows its reliability to reproduce the evolution of protein interaction networks.
