改良一针式缝合技术在腹腔镜下根治性前列腺切除术中的应用 被引量：2

摘要 自1991年Schuessler行第1例腹腔镜前列腺癌根治术（laparoscopic radical prostatectomy,LRP）以来[1],随着前列腺及盆底解剖结构进一步清晰及手术技巧的改进,该手术方式已经成为治疗局限性前列腺癌的有效方法。LRP手术学习曲线较长,即便是手术经验丰富的医生也是如此。LRP手术的难点主要在于前列腺背侧血管复合体的处理、膀胱颈和尿道的分离与识别等。
