R.E.N.A.L.评分系统在肾癌肾部分切除术中的应用 被引量：3

摘要 肾细胞癌（renal cell carcinoma,RCC）占成年人恶性肿瘤的2%,在过去的几十年里,有关RCC的临床诊治出现了显著的转变。对于局限性肾肿瘤的临床治疗的认识也从早期的经典肾根治切除手术逐渐转变为保留肾单位手术。两者对于肿瘤结局的影响相似,具有相同的肿瘤控制,同时保留肾单位手术能够有效地保留患肾的功能[1-2]。
