秸秆纤维基软膜型抑尘剂的制备及其性能研究 被引量:8

摘要 用水溶液聚合法制备秸秆纤维-丙烯酸(AA)-二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵(DMDAAC)软膜型抑尘剂,探讨了单体配比、引发剂用量、交联剂用量及增塑剂用量等对产物粘度及成膜性能的影响.利用傅立叶红外光谱(FT-IR)和X-射线衍射(XRD)对产物结构进行了表征,以扫描电镜(SEM)观察了喷洒抑尘剂后煤粉表面固化层的形貌.结果表明,当单体配比m(AA)∶m(DMDAAC)=5∶1,引发剂过硫酸钾(KSP)用量(对单体AA质量,下同)为1%,交联剂N,N′-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺(MBA)用量为0.5%,增塑剂丙三醇的用量为20%时,抑尘剂具有较好的保湿性和温度适应性,其接枝率达83%. Sraw fiberacrylic acid (AA)diallyl dimethyl ammonium chloride (DMDAAC) soft membrance were synthesized by aqueous solution polymerization .Disscessed the affect of monomer ratio ,the amount of initiator dosage ,crosslinking agent and plasticizer content on product performance of viscosity and film former .Dust suppressants were characterized by means of FTIR and XRD .Scanning electron microscope(SEM ) was used to observe the surface morphology of the solidified layer .Monomer ratio quantities m(AA)∶ m(DMDAAC)=5∶1 ;initiator dosage of KSP is 1% (as to the total monomer mass ,the same below );crosslinking agent dosage of MBA is 0 .5% ;plasticizer dosage of glycerol is 20% .Under this condition ,dust suppressants has good moisture retention ,temperature adaptability ,and grafting ratio w as 83% .
