冠突散囊菌液体发酵产降脂类物质的初步研究

Study on lipid-lowering substances fromEurotium cristutum by liquid fermentation

冠突散囊菌是茯砖茶"发花"过程中的优势菌,其独特的生长代谢过程使茯砖茶具有了降脂等各种保健功能.对冠突散囊菌进行液体发酵培养,用乙酸乙酯从液体发酵物中分离提取降脂类物质.以99.8%纯度的降脂类物质-洛伐他汀作为对照品,采用薄层色谱法(TLC)、高效液相色谱法(HPLC)检测发酵物中降脂类物质,结果表明,冠突散囊菌液体发酵物中含有降脂类物质-洛伐他汀.

The Eurotium cristutum is the dominant microbe in the fungus growing process of Fuzhuan tea ,the growth and metabolism process enables Fuzhuan tea with lipidlowering and other health function .Liquid fermentation was cultured the Eurotium cristutum and the lipidlowering substances was separated and extracted with ethyl acetate from liquid fermentation protducts .The lipidlowering substances lovastatin （99 .8% purity ） as reference substance ,then the thin layer chromatography （TLC） and the high performance liquid chromatography（HPLC） was detected lipid extract substances .The result shows that the Eurotium cristutum liquid fermentation product contained lipidlowering substanceslovastatin .
