移动插座按扭开关结构优化研究

摘要 本文从现有移动插座压簧断开式两对银触点按扭开关开始,分析了按扭开关的现状,并提出了弹片断开式一对银触点的新方案及其技术难点。通过对新方案的技术分析、理论计算及实验研究,最终成功地优化了开关的结构,研究出了高于国内外同行业标准要求的按扭开关,并大大地降低了成本。 In this paper, we started from the portable socket-outlet double-couple-contacts push-button switch by compression-spring turning off type, analyzed currant circumstances of push-button switch, as well as proposed a whole new scheme of one-couple-contacts by leaf-spring turning off and difficulty technical points. Through the technical analysis, theoretical calculation and experimental study, we finally optimized the switch structure and worked out the new switch which exceed the domestic and overseas standard requirements successfully in the same industry and reduce production cost considerably.
