Hcy及其代谢酶CBST833C基因多态性与新疆汉族原发性高血压的相关性研究 被引量:1

摘要 为探讨血浆同型半胱氨酸及其代谢酶胱硫醚β合成酶基因T833C多态性在新疆汉族人群中的分布,并分析CBST833C与原发性高血压的关系。运用聚合酶链式反应-限制性片段长度多态性分析方法(PCR-RFLP)检测高血压患者218例(高血压组)和正常血压人群225例(对照组),对CBS基因T833C基因突变频率检测并分型;同时用全自动生化分析仪检测相关生化指标。结果显示:CBS基因T833C在新疆汉族人群中存在基因多态性,该多态性与新疆汉族原发性高血压发生发展无关;CBS基因T833C突变与Hcy水平升高无相关性。由此可知,Hcy水平升高可能是新疆汉族高血压发生的危险因素之一。 To investigate the distribution of T833C gene polymorphism hyperhomocysteinemia (Hcy) and its metabolizing enzyme cystathionine 13 synthase (CBS) on Han nationality in Xinjiang,and to analyze the relationship between CBST833C and essential hypertension.Polymerase chain reaction-restriction fragment length polymorphism (PCR-RFLP) was used to detect the gene polymorphism.The mutation frequency of gene CBST833C in hypertension group (218 cases) and normal blood pressure group (225 cases) was classified and detected, and the fully automatic biochemical analyzer was used to detect the biochemical indicator. The results show gene polymorphism of CBST833C was existed in Xinjiang Han nationality, and there was no correlation with essential hypertension. Mutation of CBST338C was no correlation with the increase of Hcy.The increase of Hey may be one of the risk factors of hypertension occurrence in Xinjiang Hart nationality.
