护士核心自我评价与创新行为的相关性分析 被引量:12

摘要 目的了解护士核心自我评价和创新行为现状,探讨核心自我评价对护士创新行为的影响。方法方便抽取温岭市某医院553名护士作为调查对象,采用核心自我评价量表和创新行为量表进行调查。采用Pearson相关性分析、分层回归分析探讨护士核心自我评价对其创新行为的影响。结果护士核心自我评价得分(3.51±0.45)分;创新行为(4.52±0.75)分,均处于中等水平;护士核心自我评价得分与创新行为各条目得分呈显著正相关(均P<0.05);护士核心自我评价、年龄、职称是其创新行为的主要影响因素(均P<0.05)。结论护士核心自我评价及创新行为一般,护理管理者可通过进一步提高护士核心自我评价水平来激发护士创新行为。 Objective To describe current status of core self-evaluations and innovative behaviors in nurses,and to explore their relationship.Methods A total of 553 nurses working in a hospital of Wenling were selected by convenience sampling and were required to fill out the core self-evaluation scale and innovative behavior scale.Pearson correlation analysis and hierarchical regression analysis were used to explore the effect of core self-evaluation on innovative behavior.Results Nurses scored 3.51 ± 0.45 on core self-evaluation and 4.52±0.75 on innovative behavior,and both of them were at medium level.The core self-evaluation score was positively correlated with the item scores of innovative behavior(P<0.05 for all).Nurses' innovative behavior was affected by their core self-evaluation,age,and professional titles (P<0.05 for all).Conclusion Nurses' core self-evaluation and innovative behaviors are somewhat general.Nursing managers should stimulate nurses' innovative behaviors by improving their core self-evaluation.
