Discussion on Building Civil-Military Integrated General Aviation Emergency Rescue Mechanism

通过对比国外通用航空应急救援应用情况,针对我国通用航空在应急救援应用中存在的不足,分析我国通用航空应急救援发展瓶颈,提出加强通用航空应急救援建设的目标和原则,并讨论军民融合式通用航空应急救援建设的重点内容。

To overcome the shortages of our general aviation emergency rescue, the concept of building civil-military inte- grated general aviation emergency rescue mechanism is proposed in the paper. Through comparing foreign general aviation emergency rescue, it discusses the development bottleneck of our general aviation emergency rescue, presents objectives and principle of general aviation emergency rescue development and discusses the key points.
